Phone screen with recruiter. Another phone screen with Hiring manager. Virtual interview with 6+ people for 1 hour per person. Took 2 months to hear back after virtual interview. Very obvious communication gap between recruiter and hiring manager.

Phone screen with recruiter and hiring manager, which went extremely well. Was invited in where I met first with the hiring manager, then her supervisor. The former was just terrible as she seemed bothered by my age (I sound younger on the phone) and even though we discussed exactly the same topics as on the phone, now she was down right rude. Previously I was also scheduled for 3 zoom (video) interviews with 1 peer and 2 other department manager, which I completed a couple of days later. All three interviewers were very complementary and mentioned that it was hard to find people with this experience. In the end I didn't get an offer due to blatant ageism in their hiring practices. Also don't expect to get reimbursed for your expenses.
