three step interview process, starting with HR, followed by interview with VP of marketing for the therapy area. Last step was interview with the team. Then, the last step was the salary negotiations with a different team.

I was contacted about 2 weeks after I applied. After the initial HR screen, I had 2 rounds of interviews. Each round included 3 people individual interviews. Offer came about 10 days later

Messy, Interviews that last from 2 hours to 7 mins. Large gaps between contacts. Follow-up very poor. Interview process with one job title but offer was made with lower job title
