My interview process was composed of three steps. First, I met with a senior project manager on a campus visit at my university to discuss skills, experience, and values. Second, I went on a job walk with another senior PM and an assistant PM. The last step involved meeting with the President and VP to discuss resume questions, potential career paths, and goals.
