I was intitially contacted by a local head hunter for this position. Once brought in for the interview process I was actually surprised at the lack of detailed questioning about my experience. The questions asked were basically answered by reading my resume, which the hiring manager had in front of him and had obviously already read. Then, when directed to the project lead for the rest of the interview it became more of an "I worked on that project and this project" with no questions about myself. So, the interview process was rather easy.
