I applied online. I interviewed at Scalable Capital (Munich, Bavaria) in Apr 2026
Interview
Too many interviews (4), which felt somewhat disorganized and overall unnecessary. After that many interviews and so much invested time, I think it fair to expect more transparency from the side of the employer as well. That was not given. Additionally the final rejection was a generic template, which never feels good after getting so far.

Interview
Friendly and respectful interviewers.
Recruiter, 2 live coding, 1 VP interview.
Besides the VP interview, they were all pretty clear on what I needed to prepare in advance. For the VP one, it wasn't clear which kind of topics we'd talk about exactly.
The interview process was good. The stages of the hiring were explained well upfront. However there was repetition from stage to stage in terms of what I needed to explain.
