I have applied online, then received invitation for coding task, which I completed then received an invitation to schedule the first interview with a HM, I scheduled the call, I joined the call and received positive feedback. Mostly question were about aws cloud and process. Hr send an email to schedule the meetings for 2nd round (technical, Manager, HR). I was able to schedule technical and HR meeting. I was in the technical interview while i received rejection email and HR interview was cancelled. later HR sent an email that position is filled so that's why she cancelled the meeting.

Pros: • Clear and well-structured coding assessment • Transparent scoring (I received 100/100 on both tasks, which was motivating) Cons: • No follow-up communication after the assessment, even after more than 10 days • No official contact point (only LinkedIn was available, but my two follow-up messages remained unanswered) • Overall candidate experience felt unprofessional due to the lack of feedback or closure Summary: Although the assessment process was clear and fair, the complete lack of communication afterwards was disappointing. Candidates invest significant time and effort in these assessments, so transparent and timely updates—whether positive or negative—would greatly improve the experience.
