Took place over the phone and I was interviewed by the founder of the company. Had to provide 3 references which seemed excessive. They are looking more to hire based on personality/likability than skill/experience.

The interview was a phone interview. It lasted about 20 minutes. The hiring manager asked about my experience in video, how I would handle tricky customers, and what to do when equipment malfunctions. Basically they were looking to see how you think under pressure.
