first- phone interview with the owner with basic basic questions like tell me about yourself second- interview in their office with presentation. interviewer was very friendly and nice but i couldn't get a offer

Interview
I received an email shortly after applying, to set up a telephone interview. I spoke to the HR/Hiring Manager for about 20 minutes, and felt at ease during our conversation. I was told they’d be in touch to schedule an in-person interview. They worked with me to schedule a time that would work with my current work/family schedule, which I appreciated. I interviewed with the Creative Director and Owner, and it was a pleasant experience. Typical questions were asked, about my experience, creative strengths, goals etc.

Interview
I interviewed with the Owner, Chris. I got a vibe that he was not impressed with me the moment that he walked into the room. The interview could have just ended there. He likes the laid back look ( I could tell by his cargo shorts and Tshirt) and I came in business professional. It didn't feel like a real interview. I was grilled on my software knowledge a little bit and then he ended the interview saying that he's waiting for the right person to fit the position. I got an email the next business day saying that they have decided to hire within instead.
