They called to check that I was available, then went through and scheduled an interview. The interview was a small process consisting of a tour, a number of questions, and a very small meet and greet to make sure there were no immediate issues with lab personnel.
The only required document for this interview was a resume, so the interview process was much easier than anticipated.
