Met with the Commercial Lines Producer at the Tustin location. I walked in and was greeted and escorted to the conference room. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. She was very detailed about the position I was applying for and informing me of the every day job duties. I appreciated the fact that I was able to ask any question about the company and it's day to day operations. She mentioned they are "non-traditional" environment where they allow their employees to grow as they desire. Overall my interview experience went very well.

The process was very smooth. Very good communication between the lady who interviewed me. She was always prompt in responses and always very friendly. Definitely seemed to get to know me more than traditional interview.
