Written test and presentation followed by competency based questions. Quite a thorough interview. Asked quite a few follow up questions. Process from start to finish was very professional with good communication from the Business Support Officer e.g letting me know who was on the interview panel beforehand without being prompted. Staff who interviewed me were great- made me feel at ease but professional and formal
