The first interview was an online video interview with the manager of the unit. I am not quite sure if another interview is hosted after the first but I did not receive a second one.

What makes you stand out from other New Grad applicants?
Had 8 interview questions where I had to record myself. After that it took about 2 weeks to hear back from them. The interview consisted of several behavioral questions, and it was a standard interview about why I wanted to work for Scripps.
