Second Nature Implementation Manager interview questions

My experience with the recruitment process was disappointing. The initial interview was canceled when the recruiter was unavailable. When we rescheduled, we verbally agreed on a specific date and time, but the calendar invitation I received contained completely different information. This level of disorganization made me question the company's attention to detail. The interview itself felt unstructured, with questions that didn't flow logically or seem tailored to assess relevant skills for the position. The interviewer appeared to be following a generic script rather than engaging in a meaningful conversation about my qualifications and how they might align with the company's needs.
