About the Opportunity:
We have two pivotal senior finance roles within our Home Health business, partnering closely with Executive General Managers (EGMs) to drive strategic decision-making through high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insights.
As Senior Commercial Business Partner, you will own the end-to-end performance reporting and forecasting for your portfolio, ensuring alignment between financial outcomes and strategic priorities. You will play a key role in elevating finance capability, embedding modern and agile ways of working, and positioning finance as a proactive and trusted partner.
You will also be instrumental in reimagining reporting, strengthening governance and data integrity, and supporting transformation and integration initiatives across the organisation.

You’re a commercially minded finance leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You bring experience navigating complex aged care, home health and/or healthcare environments, are comfortable partnering at senior levels, and have a passion for turning data into meaningful insights that drive performance. You lead with clarity and influence, and are motivated to continuously improve how finance supports the business.
