I worked at Australia Post full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

One of the most genuine (and generous) work-life balance environments I've ever seen. Incredibly reasonable. Hours are very reasonable and on the low end for senior roles. A lot of very good people. A very honest and genuine safety culture.

    Cons

An enormous amount of change. Leads to a lot of confusion. A lot of decisions get made (not made) where accountability has been spread so wide nobody is sure who's call it is. And little cohesive action is occurring as a result

    Advice to Management

The new exec team is now in place. Time to see a well supported strategy and plan for the staff to work towards, or chaos and confusion will cause more attrition. Don't lose the great safety culture and work life balance though.
