    Pros

    Genuinely give a damn about safety and the pay is appropriate for the position. Job security is great. If you want to advance in your position there are pathways available.

    Cons

    Management inconsistencies. Lack of spending on some important PPE items. Repetitive job.

    Nice people who have been in the company forever - this can have positive and negative impacts on culture

    Cons

    Too many chiefs, not enough indians Most contact center management have no understanding of what "great" looks like. Too busy pandering to executives.
