I worked at Australia Post part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    • The people are great and so is the atmosphere
    • The central network offices are nice and clean
    • Management are great and really care about their staff and wanting them to reach their potential
    • Work life balance is great and very flexible

    Cons

    • The pay is the worst aspect of the job, especially if you are just starting out as trainee wages are a very low.
    • Very little opportunity for full-time. Starting out as part-time opportunities are limited as they are put through a transfer list system, which means you become a number on the list.
    • Transfer list only available after 6 months of employment.

    Advice to Management

Management were great! Big thumbs up to the management and staff. 👍🏽
