    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Australia Post part-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Autonomous work, fair pay, plenty of overtime available. Co-workers were the best part.

    Cons

Management would often neglect staff needs. Concerns for heat related WHS concerns were dismissed. Not taking extra work is against the culture of AusPost.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the delivery officers and their concerns for safety.

    Pros

Trusted brand Cool projects that are at a large scale, given the reach Work life balance

    Cons

I have been working at Australia Post part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good at organising my surroundings and keeping safety conditions. Also, good at filling mission asked to as early as can be done.

    Cons

Not so good at getting everything done myself unless clearly specified directions. No official skill in driving a pushbike. Also got IBS, i.e a little sour stomach sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Kindly let me know if you have any job for post Australia in the area of Balaclava or Caulfield. Already for 2 weeks nearly i've been hoping to get a job in your work, and it's a honor doing buisness. Thank you, Zalman Szmerling.
