I have been working at ADP full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A focused company with a great Sales culture, with good opportunities to move internally both within Australia and across the Globe.

    Cons

Overall salary package for sales good, low car allowance in a country where running a car is very expensive, so this should be reviewed.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at ADP.

    Interview

ADP HR reached out to me and have asked a few questions about my experience and current position.
After the initial phone discussion, I was invited for my first interview. The interview was very relaxed and felt more like a conversation.
Within a couple of days I was contacted again with an invitation to my second interview and a request for a personality test, which had to be completed before my second interview.
The second interview was very much like the first one, but with a couple of extra people. Was still very relaxed and conversation like.
Post interview I received a call back within a couple of days advising me that they were very interested and will keep me updated. And I have never heard back.... After having gone through the entire process, I would have expected at least a call or an email to let me know if I did or didn't get it.
