My interview experience was somewhat disappointing. The interview felt unstructured, and it appeared that the interviewer was not fully prepared, relying on a team member to guide much of the discussion. Some of the questions could have been phrased more thoughtfully. At times, it felt more focused on evaluating my background rather than creating a welcoming, open conversation. Overall, the experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I was expecting.
