The interview went exceptionally well and the interviewer was super friendly. We had a great and relaxed conversation discussing one company's issues and how a Data Analyst could contribute to the team. I offered ideas and ensured my skillset would be a fantastic asset. She was in the process of interviewing other candidates and was going to finalize everything within a week or two. I told her that if I were to receive an offer, I would need time since I was interviewing with other companies. She was understanding but seemed displeased since she was looking to fill the position ASAP. After a week or two passed, I received an offer to review. After reviewing, I had some questions about the contract, which allowed for negotiation and discussion to understand the company more. However, my offer was abruptly withdrawn because she did not have time to negotiate further and answer my kind and professional questions. As I mentioned earlier, she was rushing to fill the position. I was shocked, but I am glad I saw the red flags - she was hurrying to fill the job, and she did not want to discuss the offer further.
