I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Selkirk Sport in Apr 2025
Interview
Interview process was 3+ rounds. It took me about 1+ month to get through. Including an HR interview, Art Director/Management Interview, a 4+ hour assessment test of useless metrics for hiring, and another interview with 3 colleagues. I got to the final round and it was between me and someone with 7+ years of experience. Honestly ridiculous considering this was an "entry level" position

Question 1

Straight forward has a laid out process of numbers of steps and rounds for us to follow through. I think was okay in general overall but tough questions yes with time limit
