Was sent an e-mail with a time and date. No contact names or schedule given. After I arrived and found the receptionist/HR person, I was shown to a conference room. After a short wait, two possibly college-age employers entered and introduced themselves. Neither of them seemed to get that I am a highly experienced veteran of supply chain and supply chain management ... despite both seeming to have read my resume. They struck me as intelligent and ambitious but stunningly naive. The company has very little web presence, their website is not especially informative, and what little information is out there is sketchy and contradictory (one says they've been in business 18 years - another says 40 years). It was clear from even a brief discussion that the two "managers" I met with were very, very naive. The company has moved in the last couple years to a building 8K sq feet smaller than previous, which suggests to me they may have downsized. Except for a couple of guys, everyone I saw was very young and, based on the three I met, not very experienced, suggesting they may hire young, inexperienced employees for $$ (the position I was interviewing for was offering a wage far below the norm). In other words - a LOT of red flags.
