very detailed, well organized online information and training on using company app; not specific on pay rate either per hour-mile or per month; required passing knowledge test on understanding company policy and procedure.

Fill out information online. Received a phone call and request to give information regarding vehicle, license, etc. There is not really an interview but they do extensive background checks. Did a virtual vehicle check.
