I applied online. I interviewed at Senior Metal Bellows (Sharon, MA) in June 2026
Interview
The first interview was a phone screening with the talent acquisition lead. The second interview was with the hiring manager virtually. They were both informative & positive conversations which culminated with them asking what my availability for the next round would be. Early the following week, they asked me to come in for an in-person, onsite interview, which I accepted, and they sent me the names/titles of everybody I would be interviewing with, along with information that I was to be receiving a follow-up from compliance with instructions about an ITAR screening at the interview. That email never arrived, so I asked about it the following morning. They then replied telling me that they had offered the role to another candidate, who accepted, and that they would be canceling my final-round later in the week. So all-the-while, after they proceeded to offer me a final round, they had a mystery, front-runner candidate waiting in the wings. Why even reach out to offer & schedule a next-round interview if you have a preferred candidate in mind? That demonstrates a lack of organization, communication, and overall professionalism with the company.

Question 1
What is your availability for a final, onsite interview next week?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Senior Metal Bellows (Walpole, MA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Great people and recruiting/ HR process. Very informative and honest about compatibility. They did not move forward with me but it felt more of a joint decision than being denied- very respectful.

Question 1
How does your production planning process compare to small-scale, high quality products?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Senior Metal Bellows (Sharon, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
round 1: phone interview from HR manager (very easy)
it took only 30 minutes. HR manager asked certain basic behavior questions. It won't be too hard for most people. However, being calm and confident is still very important since via phone it will be exaggerated.
round 2: on-site interview (meet with several seniors, senior financial analyst-IT manager- CFO); then show around the workshop ; HR manager
