      Work life balance is not bad. Some staff knowledgeable and good. Decent products.

      Cons

      Some bad apples in upper management. High involuntary and voluntary turnover due to politics, favoritism and management tendency to replace A grade employees with B grade to save money. Small company so growth may be limited.
