The interview was relaxed and conversational, focusing on customer service experience, product knowledge, availability, and teamwork. The interviewer was friendly, explained expectations clearly, and made the process quick and comfortable.

Describe a time you made a mistake at your previous work and how did you solve it.
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Interview
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
