One interview, went good with traditional sit down interview then it has moved onto hands on and applying a red lip on a fellow employee in front of 2 managers.

The interview process wasn’t too bad! In the one I had I did both a makeup demo and sit down/traditional interview. I was a bit nervous about the makeup demo, but they gave me a look to do (mine was a colourful daytime look) and allowed me to collect products around the store to use during the demo. They provided me the model as well!

You'll get a first interview on the phone as an initial screening, then a group panel interview where they look for the candidates that stand out, followed by one or two more one on one interviews and a followup demonstration of your makeup/skincare skills where they mostly look at your customer service skills. TLDR: 4 interviews, one demonstration.
