First interview was with the store manager. Hour and a half long, laid back and friendly. Basic interview questions for a retail management position. Second interview was with another store manager from a nearby location. About an hour long. Similar questions based on past situations and opportunities. Third interview was with the district manager. It was about an hour long. She mostly got to know me and asked me some more questions that she had about my experience and basic situational performance questions. Fourth interview was with another district manager over the phone. It was a quick 15 minute touch base just to make sure the others didn't miss anything and to answer any additional questions that I had. Everyone was very nice, professional and fun.
