customer experience a must, beauty experience a plus. the hiring manager asked me lifestyle questions, and where i see myself in a few years. every question they ask, make sure you answer it completely and center it around the company. The like to see longevity in their hires, even temp ones.

The interview process was two steps. The first interview we chatted and went over my resume and I talked about the previous jobs I've had and the experiences. We were casually talking about this heir brands and the services they would want me to provide. We discussed whether I'd be happier in skin care or makeup world.
