It went great, very casual, and I actually received an offer until they realized that I was not 18 yet. I was a tad bit annoyed that they hadn’t realized that before having me come down to an interview, but it was a simple mistake.

Why did you choose Sephora instead of a competitor like Ulta?
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Interview
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
