I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Portland, OR)
Interview
I applied online and then a few days later I received a phone call from the hiring manager asking if I could attend a group interview. I went and a few days later they called a few people to come in really early and do a role-play of cashier/client interaction with the store director and manager. After the role-play, the store director asked me if I wanted the position. A few months after I got hired, I went from seasonal to core.

Question 1
The questions were all really simple. A lot about past jobs and how they would influence your position at Sephora
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Boca Raton, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora in Sept 2019
Interview
They called me and had an impromptu phone interview. Asked me 3-4 questions. Then scheduled an in person interview. I have yet to attend in person interview but i will be on monday
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
