It was a very long process. I didn't receive a call back until four weeks after I submitted my resume. There are two phone calls - the first one is short and just asks basic screening questions. The second one took 45 minutes and it was a standard phone interview. I waited a week after that to have a face-to-face interview. You have to be able to think on your feet and provide lots of detail.
