Screening talent acquisition is read directly from a paper, the questions are asked about their culture and how you have already contributed to that in prior roles and repeat that if you do not like their values it is not a place for you. You are required to take 2 assessments as well before moving forward. They give homework to take and respond on questions they provide to speak on at the interview. Interviewing with management was confusing and did not seem like they were interested in the interview they were given. You speak with a peer at the end of the meeting if chosen.
