I have applied through organization careers page. Got an email to check the availability for the interview within 2-3 weeks. Initially I had 1 behavioral round and 2 technical rounds during the interview process. Each lasted for about 30 mins. All the rounds had a panel of 4-5 members.

Applied at a college job fair my junior year, interviewed the next day with a sales manager, interviewed with their head of college recruitment and an HR analyst via webcam a month or two later and got my offer there
