I was interviewed on the spot when I filled out the application in the restaurant. (It helps if you know a former employee or current employee and put them down as a referral) It was a one on one interview with the manager. It was brief and he asked basic questions. Overall it was pretty casual and easy and lasted around 20 minutes.

Interview
They either hired you on the spot or not. If your availability is flexible, they would hire you right there and then. Management was very irresponsible and their work ethics are very lacking.
