Shakespeare Homes and Renovations interview questions

Multiple interviews held. Dragged out for weeks and you really have to fight to convince the paranoid owner that you are the right fit. Owner contacted colleagues from my past without my knowledge or approval. I did not provide their contact details. Found out after accepting the offer. Get everything you are agreeing to in writing. Record important meetings/conversations. Expect to be the scapegoat for all the companies problems.
