First call with one of the engineers on the team, where we went over my CV, and I was able to ask many in depth questions about the company. No technical questions asked here. The second interview would, have been a two hour in person assessment in Cape Town (this is for the compensation management company named Shareforce), but I declined as I did not feel that I would have grown much at the company.
