I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sharp HealthCare in June 2016
Interview
Applied online and received a request for phone screen a few days later. I found the recruiter to be very professional. She asked challenging questions that demonstrated that she understood the role and the type of person who would be a good fit. Despite my being very interested in the position and wanting to explore it further, I could tell from the recruiter's subtle verbal cues that I wasn't likely one of her favorite candidates. Nonetheless, she promised to get back to me within 2 weeks with next steps and/or an update. That didn't happen so I sent a quick follow-up email after 3-4 weeks. A few days later I received an auto-email letting me know that I was not being considered.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sharp HealthCare (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Overall, I would say it felt very disjointed, inconsistent, with some individuals reflecting a level of arrogance that would put members of the royal family to shame. There were two interviews with different resources, and there were segments where, by the comments of when were contradictory to another period when I asked for clarification, I was essentially condescended.
