I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sharp HealthCare (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
They conducted a phone interview and a panel interview. Both interviews were fairly simple and asked straight forward IT terms. For the phone interview, it was approximately 30 minutes long. The panel interview did not take more then an hour. As long as you know basic IT terms, you should be fine. If you would like to refresh your memory, I would just go over the CompTIA A+ certification.

What is a MAC address? What is an image when it comes to new installation? Similar definitions
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sharp HealthCare (San Diego, CA) in July 2015
Interview
Phone Interview, followed by Panel Interview. Scripted list of questions, felt impersonal and hard to stand out. Most questions were pretty basic entry level IT and customer service focused. Having a CompTIA A+ and N+ would greatly benefit you.
