It was an online interview via Zoom by three firm Partners. I was in the waiting room for about twenty minutes while other candidates were being interviewed first. The interview itself was brief, also lasting about twenty minutes and the Partners were quite casual in their queries.

The interview is an easy-going process. Be confident is the key. The partners were trying to interact with candidates to know more of their personality, and to determine whether they fulfilled the role.

Can you tell me about yourself outside of your own CV?
It was an online interview process that took around 10 minutes or so. Relatively relaxed interview with two firm partners. Interviewing partners is based on your choice of preference in practice area. Given the chance to ask many questions which allowed me to understand more on the firm's culture.
