Phone interview, and then 2 rounds of virtual/in person. Interview was a mix of behavioral type questions and also experience relevant to the job description, scenarios. First round was with HR and manager, second round was with stakeholders/management with focus on experience

CV Screen. Telephone Interview. Full day assessment day involving three exercises. First: a situation exercise. 2nd: group exercise and third was an HR interview which, again, was a wide ranging business situation interview.
