Interview
The interview process has the following steps:
1. Telephone Interview - 30-45 Minutes
2. Face 2 Face - Technical, based on your experience and capabilities - 90 Minutes
3. F2F - Non Technical - with Situation related questions - 90 Minutes
Overall the interview process was structured well.

1. Technical - Related to job. Questions related to process, knowledge, achievements, value addition.
Example - What value did you add by preparing a plan and schedule and how it was interpreted by the project manager?
2. Non-Technical - Provided with a situation and have to answer instantly without thinking too much.

Interview
The interview was smooth and informative, The panels did not just ask me questions but they were willing to share new knowledge and information with me. The interview was conducted professionally but still in a friendly manner.
