The whole process consists of the sollowing stages:
1. Online application
2. Online aptitudes test
3. HR phone interview
4. Shell recruitment day
There were like three months since I applied, till the recruitment day.

Question 1
The phone interview consist of lots of situational questions where the interviewer always asked to provide the situation description, who was involved and the output.
The Shell interview process was pretty thorough and definitely gave me a good sense of the company culture.
The AI video interview, was a few pre-recorded questions. I had a limited amount of time to prepare my answers,

Interview
Three-part interview with cognitive assessment, video recording and panel interview. I got to the second stage and am still in progress for the third panel interview according to their website.

Had to play several games online which test your abilities. The games were fairly easy and quick. At the end of the game, they will show your result and analysis
