Interview
The interview process was quite challenging. It consisted 3 parts: Timed questions (Verbal, Aptitude and Abstract section): speed and accuracy test.
Recorded Video Interview: you answer pre-recorded questions from current trainees.
Personality test.
Great interview, interactive, interesting, inclusive. The HRs are professional and responsive. I finally secured an offer but I did not accept the offer eventually but I respect the company so much.
virtual job tryout and on-demand video interview as the first stage of assessment, hosted on the platform hirevue, after application via shell’s site. questions are asked on the site and you have to record your answer using a working electronic device and you get to record unlimited times for your response.

The interview includes situational and personality questions followed by an asynchronous interview with 3 questions. There is no limit in re-shooting your answers. You will be given 3 minutes to answer each question.
