Interview
I applied Online and went through a number of psychometric tests.
Once I had passed those I attended a telephone interview where they asked me competency based questions. Prepare well for these are try and use examples from work experience.
The I attended a F2F graduate recruitment day which last the whole day. There were various forms of assessment such as 1-2-1, group exercise, presentation and in tray exercise.
However I know that in late 2017 they changed the process, it is now more virtual and they make use of Skype and recorded video for graduates now.

Application submission, online testing, phone interview, assessment centre. The whole process lasted approximately 3 months. Online tests where numerical, situational judgement and I think a verbal one as well (But I don't remember for sure)

Interview
The entire process took me more than 4 months. The interviewer called from the Netherlands. The interviewer was very nice and friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing just like having a chat with a friend. The questions were not vey hard, but you need to prepare for them.
