I applied in-person and got a call for a one to one interview with the manager. Got an offer on the very next day as they wanted to hie someone on immediate bases

Vey informal asked me about my self and previous experience. Check communication skills and commitment for shifts.
First interview was HR phone interview, second round was face to face interview with the line manager, During interview, only general questions were asked, not much technical knowledge was tested.

Friendly straightforward and very good. The first thing that came out was that I had wanted to work for them for years. They were very nice people and they had great customer service
