Interview
1:1 interview in a closed room. Bottled water was provided. The recruiter has few page of papers to record your performance. He/She asked questions, and recorded your answer and other performance when you response. The entire interview has three section: 1) Describe your achievements; 2) Demonstrate your capability work with others; 3) Think youself as a leader of a global energy company, pick up a topic (CO2 emission, global culture, company deversity, etc.) to develop your thought how the company can be benefit from this specific topic.

He/She will ask you questions based on what you have answered. Totally unexpected.
It was a virtual assessment. There were 3 sections: Personality Test, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking, and they were separated out. It was Entirely online and remote, no human interaction
