The process took two days. The first day was the company's presentation and dinner. On the second day there was a case study, with many pages about a fictitious country, where should we defend an investment, the second dynamic was in group and was about the same fictitious country. In the end, there was an interview with the presentation of a project developed in your academic life.

The first round consisted of applying online and providing a CV and cover letter. The second round comprised of a video interview and other aptitude tests. It felt like answering the aptitude test truthfully would just show that you are a very flawed person. It was not a rewarding experience.

Apply online, perform two online assessments, one behavioral, one technical. If they like your response they well email and set up an interview. Phone interview is typically 1 hour long, very professional interview with no hint as to whether you're doing well or poorly according to their criteria

It is a long day and several rounds of interviews. Background information will be given before the recruitment day. You will do a test first. Then, follow up with discussions and case analysis. The last round is a general interview asking about competency questions. The is mainly the recruitment day.
