I applied online 1 month ago and the interview is in processing.
The first step was online test. And the follow-up process was telephone interview, which was behavioural based. All the questions you can easily find them with google.
Then I was invited to the Shell Recruitment Day. Still preparing...

The Shell interview process was pretty thorough and definitely gave me a good sense of the company culture.
The AI video interview, was a few pre-recorded questions. I had a limited amount of time to prepare my answers,

Interview
Three-part interview with cognitive assessment, video recording and panel interview. I got to the second stage and am still in progress for the third panel interview according to their website.

Had to play several games online which test your abilities. The games were fairly easy and quick. At the end of the game, they will show your result and analysis
