it was a personality and situational assessment before the video interview. The video interview had three questions. it all took about an hour. I really enjoyed it and would encourage anyone to do it?

Consisted of a job insights video interview assessment with a mixture of both competency and strength based questions. This takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Involves the typical video interview questions such as “Why this company?” Or “why this role?”
