Shell Trading/Risk interview questions

Extremely unorganized HR!!!! I applied through a recruiter because Shell approached me directly to interview me. I submitted my application and credentials per Shell’s request. My profile just sat around for a couple of months under the “Interview stage”. I had already moved on and now had multiple offers in my hands and reached back out to Shell. At this point their incompetent HR who had been sleeping on their jobs the whole time sent me some automated rejection email. I think it’s a great way for Shell to lose out on top tier candidates especially in the Front Office Risk / Trading roles. My recruiter also told me that they just sit on things forever and don’t really do much to expedite things. Oh well…their loss! Just remember HR costs money and DOESN'T make money….TRADERS make money..and it’s seedy for Shell to first invite me to come work for them and then have some HR Gremlin send out an automated email.
