First their HR will contact you and has a phone interview. After that the hiring dept manager will follow up with a phone interview based on your resume. The questions are diverse including your strengths, weaknesses, achievement on your job, the biggest challenge on your job etc. Once you pass through that, the hiring manager and a few related stakeholders will conduct a face to face interview. You go through a few 20-30 minutes interviews and it is a 4-5 hours process. HR will then follow up with salary negotiation and offer letter.
